Customised Onboarding Workflows

Employees enter all details themselves including address, bank, tax, super and next-of-kin. You can even ask them to upload photo ID (so you can check their date of birth).

Customise the process by adding your own questions, add more forms to be signed/uploaded and ensure compliance with your policy documents which need to be read and confirmed.

BuRPS also generates the Tax File Declaration form and they sign it electronically.

With our new advanced MYOB and Xero interfaces, BuRPS will perform ALL setup of the employee, including Pay Items/Categories, Pay Rate, Leave Entitlements, Tax options etc

Create targets

Staff Portal

Our Staff Portal makes it easy to keep in touch. Employees can request Time off and Availability changes, and upload Doctor's notes and other certificates. This gives you a complete audit-trail of all requests, and no more paper forms!

Once approved, they will be highlighted when it comes time to do the roster, and you can easily replace staff on leave with someone else.

Subsequent updates to contact details, tax and super are also handled electronically.

Set budgets

New 'Noticeboard'

Post news articles (with photos) to promote new product lines, or business news. These can be to all staff or only to certain Departments, such as to reinforce Deli hygiene processes.

New policy documents or updates can be sent electronically, and you can track staff opens/confirmations/replies, making it easy to manage your compliance obligations.
